Session Options

• Private = 1 on 1
• Semi-Private = 2 on 1 : an individual programme but sharing Instructor's time
• Duets = 2 people on the Reformers doing the same programme (with modifications for an individual where necessary).

Each Session is 1 hour.

Prices

• Private - £45
• Semi Private - £25 each
• Duet - £18 each
• *Initial Private - £80 (2 sessions – see below)

*Please note: Prior to the semi-private and duet options the client must attend two private sessions in order for Jane to assess the client's body and needs, giving an initial consultation and introducing the client to the Pilates principles and to the operation/mechanics of the equipment.
These initial two private sessions are £80.
The only exception to this is if the client is a Pilates teacher or has substantial Pilates experience and therefore only one initial private session would be necessary

Please call or email to arrange a suitable day and time that fits in with your schedule.

Note – Semi-Private and Duet Sessions you can either come as a duo, i.e. with a friend, team-mate, spouse/partner, mother/daughter or a person wanting the same day and time as you will be added by the instructor. Therefore if you would like to do one of these options but don't have anyone to share with, don't worry – someone will be found.

The studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Jane has completed a two year Yoga Teacher Training Course with DRU Yoga and looks forward, where appropriate, to incorporating elements of yoga too into her teaching on request.

She is now also available for private and duet yoga sessions.
